BISMARCK'S FEELING TOWARDS

Tn the diary of the late Li Hung Chang, which i 3 now being printed, the Chinese statesman says that Bismarck told him that the time was coming when Germany would dominate Europe. England realised that a conflict with a Power nearly her own equal would mean her undoing. Bismarck added: " I hate these boasted Englanders."
