Tho dispute between the Auckland Stock Exchango and tho Talisman Consolidated Company over the refusal of fcho latter to supply telegrams of tho developments of the mino to tho Exchango unlete tho Exchange paid for the same still remains unsettled. Speaking to a Herald representative to-day, a. prominent shareholder in tile Talisman said ho considered that tho Stcok Exchango had taken up a very mistaken attitude, and ono that was hardly fair to their clionts. "Tho Exchange," he proceeded, "ought to have consulted tho interests of tJio 6harplioldcrs before arriving at tho drastio decision not to quote Talis man shares.' Tho increase in the valuo of the stock is £43,317. During tho year 334,869 tons of ore woro treated, producing 6973 tons of fino copper and 142,449 ouncss of gold. TJio surplus of revenuo was £193,975, mid tho amount brought forward was £61,727. Threo dividends of Is wore paid, and ono of Is has sinco been declared. Tho sum carried' forward! is £6289.
