GERMAN TROOPS LANDED.
OPINION IN FRANCE. MADRID, July 2. It is officially 6tated that 500 German troops were disembarked at Agadir. PARIS, July 2. M. Deselves has informed Bn- -, Von Schoen, the German Ambas .• to France, that public opinion will be painfully surprised at Germany's action in Morocco, and he regrets that an obstacle has been placed in the way of those friendly conversations that were desired by both countries concerning Morocco. M. Deeelves afterwards received M. Jules Cambonj the French Ambassador at Berlin, who also was greatly surprised at Germany's action, and who described it ae "totally unexpected."
