Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright LONDON, Juno 29. (Received June 29, at 8.35 p.m.) At the conference of the Empire Press Union tho Hon, Harry Lawson, who represented Australia, presided. The report showed that 'substantial progress had been made during the past year, and in many instances useful work had been accomplished in the interests of tho press. The overseas branches were asked to develop the basis of organisation.
