PACIFIC CLUB. Tho second annual report of tho Pacifii Harrier Club eays,' inter alia:—The mem bersiup of the club stands as follows:Activo 29, honorary 2, honorary official 9,—total, 40. Attend- ■•' anoe badges were secured by J.' A. Bond, ' J. Nicol, H. dark, R, Bond, L. H. Render' eon, G. Forguson, L. Castlehow.. Thanks are extended to donors, entertainers, and property-owners. The cross-country teams race was held at Wingatui on the 13th a' . August, and was again a great bucojss Tho club was ably represented by J. Nicol P. Torie, J. A. Bond,H. Clark, G. Fer- •! guson, and they succeeded in securing, witl 109 points, fifth place out of eight tearr.i ■ competing. The committee decided to en gage a room in the Oddfellow's Hall; Ken sington, as headquarters, but only tlrr«' committee meetings and one club moeting were held there, however, as the com- • mitteo, finding that the expense was going to bo too heavy, decided to discontinue ', holding meetings there. CAVERSHAM CLUB. Tho sixth annual ropoA 6a ye: —The club's funds ehow a eubstantial_ balance, this being largely due to the receipts from the annual social. Twenty runs were held during tho sraeon from various places, the ' average attendance being 22. Eight members wcro entitled to rcoeive badgee, 'theso , not havingmi£Eed a run during the season.... Four club races were held. It has long boon tho aim of tho Caversham Club to' win tho Otago Intorclub Orces-country .'■ Teams' Race, and last season, through hard l training on the part of both runners a,rid trainers, the team succeeded in winning tho Banner. In tho Interclub Teams' Race J. Beatson secured first place, and at fh? . New Zealand Croes-country Championship, held at Invorcargill, G. M'Knight is to be - congratulated on winning the individual ' Five-milo Championship, with J. Bcatssti second. At the Otago University sport , . Caveisham ■ dub secured first, second, ana [ third—namely, G. M'Knight, G. Chambers; J. M'Lauchlan. At. the New Zealand Championships, held at Chrietehurch, Otago was represented in the Three-imlo by J.
