SHOOTING.
Tho Port Chalmers Navals fired tho second competition of a match for prizes. Tho conditions wcro: Seven shots at 2CO and 500 yards. The 6in bull's-eye was used at the 6liort range During tie earlier part of tho afternoon the shooting was very erratic, but it improved , much when the wind chantred to tho southwest. DUNEDIN RIFLE CLUB. The Dunodin Defence Rifle Club fired the final competition for Mr It. M. Greenslado's prizes on Saturday. The highest books and the aggregates were:—
