LONDON, February 8.
The Times' Australian correspondent, in tho course of an article on the caucus system, says that even the Prime Minister's privilege of allotting the portfolios among tho mcji assigned as his fellow Ministers seems doomed to extinction. The caucus has been attacking particular JliniUcra, and before Mr Fisher's term of office is over ho may bo ordered to replace one of his colleagues and to transfer another to a different- department.
