(Received' August 31, at 10.45' p.m.)' Count Tehernodoll, while- travelling from St. Petersburg to Cettinge, was robbed aboard a Lloyd steamer of jubilee gilts for King Nicholas, wherewith he was entrusted, also £16,000 in cash, besides important documents. There is no clue as to the robber.
