(Received August 30, at 11.10 p.m.) the Daily Telegraph has made investigations with reference to sweating among tho women . making white work clothing at home for Sydney shops. It gives instances of women working extremely long hours to earn a few shillings weekly, and declares that these are typical of thousands of others.
