He suggested that the thanka of tho council should bo given to Cr Blacke, chairman of tho committee, for his whole-hearted attention to tho works of tho borough.—Adopted. The Inspector's report for November detailed Work dono in cleaning water tables gorso-cuttmg, and.other mattere.
