DRAINAGE BOARD REPORTS.

At . .to-night's meeting of' the Drainage Board the following reports will be submitted: —

The Finance Committee reports that accounts amounting to £1352 9s lOd. examined and passed by tho Works Committee, wore passed for payment and cheques signed. Accounts amounting to 149 9s lOd were examined. passed far payment, and cheques signed. Since the last meeting of the committee, the sum of £30-55 6s 1M has ken paid into Hie credit of the board's aggregate fund. This sum includes £200 for sale of debentures. The pass books show credits as follow: Aggregate fund £3592 10s 10d, trust account £33 2s sd.

The \V oiks Committee's report recommends payment of £7 to the Oily Corpovation for I,he reinstatement of road surfaces in Crawfcrd and Jorvois streets disturlxm by {.ho board's operations.
