In a jtumber-of local churches yesterday, at the request of the New Zealand Alliance, tha congregations entered a protest against the principles of military canteens. The Centra) Mission gathering and others decided to send a telegram to the Primo Minister and 'Mr J. F. Arnold, M.P., on the same lines as the alliance resolution.
