(Per Ukited Press Association.) AUCKLAND, November 19. - A beJding factory at Richmond, owned and occupied by Tatterslield and Co., was partly gutted, and the contents considerably damaged by tiro and water, 'ihe insurances were in the Liverpool and London and Globe ofiicc.
