The report, of Henry Bull and Co. shows a credit for the year of £33,186. A dividend of 10 per cent, was declared and £17,486 carried forward. ANOTHER SYDNEY THEATRE. SYDNEY, October 29. Another theatre capable of seating 3000 people is to he erected in Oxford street. BANK DEFALCATIONS. MELBOURNE, October 29. At a meeting of tho Colonial Bank of Australasia the chairman stated that the recent defalcations totalled £3598.
