(Received Oct. 29, at 10.10 p.m.) In the Cape Colony Assembly the Pfemier (Mr Meromau announced that be was asking Lord Crews to publish tlio deliberations of the Imperial Defines Conference. He added that he and the Transvaal Kp»»ntatives were strongly opposed to wretched, tin-pot navies, imd they hoped that in Hie future the British naval programme would bo discussed in the cdonial Parliaments beforehand.
