The reduction in the output was lo.is l»=i' cent., and the actual loss 700,000 tons in South Wales alcne. Ihe miners are inclined to support a general strike 011 the ground that it wiil clear the air, and they will ask for similar support later. The recent peace was only a patched-uj» affair.
