LOSS OF LUGGAGE.
CLAIM AGAINST SHIPPING CO,
(Psr. United Press Association.) WELLINGTON, February 11. At the Magistrate's Court Henry Leitcli sued the Sliaw-Savill and Albion Company for 36 for loss of certain articles from his luggage during the passage of the steamer Arswa from London to Wellington. Judgment was given for the amount claimed, with £1 16s costs.
