(Mr Tonkinson) v. William Duncan Hume (Timaru), claim 16s, work done and materials, 1 with 5s costs;, Carters' Union v. John Loekhart, claim Us, contributions due, witft 6s costs; John Wood (Mr Moure) v. John llnnlcr (Winton), claim £5, goods supplied, with 20s 6d costs; il. K Shacklock (Limitedl (Mr Hewitt) v. William Tinney (Fcatherston), claim £5 : Bs, goo<ls supplied, with £1 3s 6d costs; John Wilson (Mr Irwin), claim £3 Is 6d, amount admitled, with 10s costs. Judgment Summons.—An order was made in the case of Frederick A. Fulton (Mr Moore) v. John Barrowman, for payment forthwith '.of ss, with 5s costs; in default, 48 hours' imprisonment.
