I'IIOTEST AOAINST THE DAIRY REGULATIONS. (l'Eii United Press Association.) WELLTXOTOX, November 23. ' The Executive of the National Dairy Association has jwssal :i resolution protesting against the registration fees proposed to l>e charged miliar the dairy regulations, and asks that the maximum fee should not be more than 5s for over 20 cows nor more than 2s 6d for under 20 cow.*, and further aM« tliat provision should be made for a Board of Appeal consisting of one person nominated by the Chief Inspector of Stock and ous perron nominated by dairymen, awl that any dairyman should have the right to'appeal to such arbitrator.? on any matter arising out of the regulations. The executive also passed a resolution expressing its high appreciation' of Mr Uilruth's services, and its sincere regret at Lis departure, with tie hope- that he
