<t«(Per United Press Association-.) CIIRISTCHURCH, October 28. Edward Polls and Frederick Creager were again before tlie court this morning charged' with breaking and entering the residence of Oswald Kelly, at Islington, and stealing therefrom household furniture and effects to the value of £36 3s 3d. Chief Detective liishop, who prosecuted, stated that t-lio men had admitted the theft, and the property bad been recovered. Accused pleaded "Guilty," and were committed to tho Supreme Court for sentence. A further charge against the accused of having stolen from the Islington Pailway Station various articles valued at £50, also the property of Oswald Kelly, was, on the application of Chief Detective Bishop, adjourned for a week.
