No race has resulted so iar for the cup presented by Mr Fleming Day, of America. At the present time, however, there 13 every indication that a most successful ooean race for' this trophy will eventuate during the coming season. The Slip Committee's report recapitulated • the'work of the yoa.r. The baJance sheet showed a credit bal- ! anc-o of 5s bd, tho total assets of the club being M 3 9s> 6d, <1 nd the total liabilities £145 16s. Thoy should also lure a pro" fassional man to measure tho Wis. Then ft ho wanted a committee for motor boat?.
