Mr M'Carthy. S.M., to-day delivered nis reserved decision in the case against Jeremiah Ilartnett, William Meikk and Martin Campbell, who were charged with assisting in the sale of liquor. 'The evidence was that- tho«p men visited slv cro?shops and purchased liquor. His Worship found that this constituted an offence, and fined each man £2. with costs, in default a fortnight's imprisonment.
