Mr M'Carthy. S.M., to-day delivered nis reserved decision in the case against Jeremiah Ilartnett, William Meikk and Martin Campbell, who were charged with assisting in the sale of liquor. His Worship found that this constituted an offence, and fined each man £2. with costs, in default a fortnight's imprisonment.
