SEQUEL TO A YACHT RACE. Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. ■ BERLIN, July 2. During the progress of the yacht race at Kiel Hew Tietgin's yacht, from Hamburg, blanketed the Kaiser's yacht Meteor. The Kaiser ordered him to' clcar away, and afterwards lodged a protest with the Impel ial \acht Club, which dismissed tho protest. The Kaiser was offended, and refused to distribute the prizes.
