WRECK OF THE KIA ORA
INQUIRY FURTHER ADJOURNED, (Per United Press Association.) AUCKLAND, July 2. When- the court resumed its investigation into the Kia Ora wreck this morning Mr Mays, solicitor, representing t-hoMarine Department, said there had been serious developments in the case, which' would necessitate a further adjournment to obtain the attendance of several witnesses. Morrison, who was at tho wheel from. 10 to 12 o'clock on the night of the wreck, would arrive from Wellington to-morrow, and it was essential evidence should be taken directly he arrived. Other new witnesses were passengers, and some had come from as far south as Wanganui. The court adjournod till Tuesday.
