LONDON, July 1. Renter's Simla correspondent reports that the press and public are indignant over the terms of the new contract for the mail service between Great Britain awl India. They complain that no provision is made for progressive diminution in the time length of the voyage, and no provision wherein India? will from improvements -in marine propulsion.
