The jury returned a verdict of "Not guilty ' on the first count of the charge of conspiracy between Crick, Willis, anil Close. They have still to give decisions on the counts charging Crick and Willis and Crick and Close with conspiracy.
SYDNEY, May 5.
(Received May 6, at 1.8 a.m.) After disposing of the first count, the Crick case was adjourned till Monday.
