(Per United Press Association.) ! WELLINGTON, May 3. The flood waters in Wairarapa arc'receding. No damme of an.'- scriou* mo rant i 3 reported. The settlers having been warned, removed their stock to high levels. Several small bridges were washed away. A number ot sportsmen on the Wairarapa Lako were caught by the rising waters, and had io seel; refuge on the sand ridges.
