A man named Kcegah lias obtained a rule from the Full Court to t-est his claim for compensation for land resumed by the Government under peculiar circumstances. The applicant Ivas dead in law. About 15 yeais ago he fell over a precipice, and the injuries alfectcd him mentally. He wandered about Australia for 14 or 15 years, till a surgical operation restored his faculties. Then ho found that his wife, believing him to be. dead, had remarried. He subsequently obtained letters of administration for his property, and accepted compensation from the Government for its resumption of his iarin,
