LONDON, April 12. Lord Kitchener will continue for a further period beyond November next as Conimander-iii-Chief in India.
I/ord Kitcheiiar has been Comma-ndcr-in-Chief, India, since 1002. His disagreement wilh Lord Curzon as lo military control in India led to Iho Jailer's resignation as Viceroy in 1905. Lord Kitchener is 56 years old. Lord Rosobery has repeatedly declared that Lord Kitchener -is tho only man who could possibly effect the reforms necessary at. Iho War Office.
