She will carry 12 12in, 10 B.2in, and 12 4.7 in guns. Her sister ehip is beingbuilt in Japan. Even limiting our calculation to Iho amounts above indicated under tho :i."mv and navy by excluding thn items which jilwady carry credit, we obtain .-the totol of £18,706,896. which has lo ho defrayed in tho era of tno army in II years (a portion of it m lour years!. a.nd m tho case of Iho naVy in seven years."
