Mr M'Plicrson was away from home, and Ifa Jl'Pkrson bad occasion to leavo tlio bouse for a shorM,imc. Noticing a thick smoke vising. Mr Sinclair ran to fho house and found the fire to have a strong hold, a.nd allhouph a. number of neighbours quicklv gathered, practically nothing was sav«l. Mr and Mrs Jl'Plioreon and. fiunily Jest everything except the clothes I hey were wenring. It is understood that there was no insurance on the house.
