TEHERAN, March 18. (Received Marcn 18, at 11.45 p.m.) Fifty Cossacks have arrived at Teheran, the capital of Persia, to protect the Russian I.Vgation. The Governor of Ispahan has resigned, and the troubles are now subsiding.
