(Received March 18, at 11.45 p.m.) The livening World, New York, reports that Mr Rockefeller, the millionaire, is giving £10,000,000 for the purpose of establishing unsectnrian schools in Chnvi as a preliminary to an effort to Christianise the people, lie believes the missionaries should first educate, the Clmieso and then try to convert them.
