TROUBLE IN A GAOL.
PRISONERS REFUSE TO WORK. Press Association—Bj Telegraph-Copyright. PErH-H, February 22. Forty-six prisoners at Frehiantle Gaol refused to work as. a protest against one of their number being flogged who, it was alleged, was in ill-health. After considerable delay the malcontents obeyed orders. An inquiry will be held.
