WELLINGTON, February 18. In presenting tho diplomas, ctc., won at tho examination under tho auspices of the Trinity College of Music (London), Lord Plunket regretted tlio continued absence of male, candidates at these examinations, and said it would bo better for boys to study music than to be wasting timo lounging , about tho streets, 'as ho had often seen ' them.
