FLOODS IN VICTORIA.

AIELBOUUXL', September 11. (Received Sept. 11, al 10.6 a.m.) Two drowning cases arc reported from Dohertv.
A boy named Tulam fell into a creek at Dnndenong and was drowned.
The gathering timber at Fontscray was swept away by the flood waters.
Tho losses in stock at the abattoirs are not so extensive as al first reported. The officials succeeded m liberating, a large number before the flood was at its worst. Several hundred cattle wore found safe on the high ground. It is believed that very few cattle perished, but tiro full extent of the losses will not be known till the yards (ire cleared of water.
. The Flemington tracks will not be fit to work for at least a fortnight. The tjrainers are transferring their horses to outside courses. : (Received Sept. Vi, at 1 a.m.) ;.The floods have subsided.
