Williamson, the theatrical manager, states that his chorus girls in future will be prohibited from marrying till their contracts end. During the last' two years Mr Williamson has lost 30 of his best choristers through marriage. Opera companies had almost become matrimonial agencies. Future contracts would be for a year, and not the season only.
