St. MARTIN'S (N.E.V.) RELIGIOUS INSTRUCTION CLASS.
In connection with St. Martin's llcligioiis Instruction Class tho prizes for tho summer lorni were distributed on Saturday. The terminal report, and record of attendance liad been posted previously to tho parents. Tho children met in St. Martin's Schoolroom- at 3 p.m.. and nlayod garncs till S, when a bountiful tea was 6crvod. Mora games wcro then played, Miss Drake and (.ho Misses K. and A. Milward proving indofatigahlo helpers. In Iho courso of his remarks, tho Vicar, referring to the proposed change in tho hrnsrs of the Valley School, said that were tho alteration made it would bo impossible to carry on tho class, and, therefore, this might be the last occasion in which they would meet for the terminal tea and prize-giving. Mrs Hording then presented nrizes to. the successful children, some of whom had attended every day throughout tho term.
