WELLINGTON, June 10. Father Hays, wlw arrived here this morning, has addressed 27,000 people during his New Zealand tour, and has takei 10,125 pledges. In answer to petitions presented to him, he has decided to give addresses at Stratford and at Gisborne, but he has had to reiuso a request to deliver an address at • Whangarei, his health and time not permitting a further extension of bis programme. His medical adviser urges him to rest for a fortnight at Rotorua, but he does not think he can do so. He wants to leave for- England.in the second week of July, via San Francisco.
