(Received June 10, at 9.17 a.m.) It ■is semi-officially stated in this city that the invitation to' a conference emanates from the Sultan of Morocco, and that Germany merely acccpts it. PARIS, June 10. (Received June 11 at 4.25 p.m.) The Temps recomnjends direct negotiations between France and Germany as simpler, quicker, and friendlier than the conference.
