A CORRECTION.

TO TUB EDITOR. Sin,—lii justice lo the Star No. 1 team's unbeaten record for this cricket season you might insert thin short letter. The secretary of the High School Cricket Club claims in this morning's paper that High School played and defeated tlio Star team "that defeated them on Anniversary-4>ay." It is to the last- words that I take exception. The High School secretary knows as well as I do that they did not play "the team that defeated them on Anniversary Day," but the Star No. 2 team, containing two of the team "'that defeated them oil Anniversary Day." I am surprised that tlio School should publish a win against a team that they had arranged to\play a friendly game with at half ft day's notice.—l am, etc., A. Aitchiso.v, Hon. fiec. Star Cricket Club. ,
