Stewart), re James Paul Thomson (Mr Cook), re Ellen Quinii (Mr Plaits), re Elizabeth Stringer (Mr Hosking).
Re (icorge Forrest-.—Motion for remuneration to executors (Mr Sim).—Report confirmed; remuneration accordingly. Mornington Corporation v. Chamberlain (Mr Fraser).—Summons to issue commission. —Ordc-r for examination before the registrar. Dagger v Dunedin Corporation (Mr W. X.
