\ BLENHEIM, February Tho following witnesses havo given cvidenoo in the Haxbourno Est&to cafjo' on, behalf of the claimants:—F. Robinson", ; ofCheviot; R. Latter, of Akaroa. J. Davis, of Manawat-u; J. Olivor, oi Cneviot';' 1 Jr Coop, of Littlo River; F. Lethbridge, of Turakina. The values of tho estate, excluding tho area roservod by t-lio owners,, ranges from £292,780 to £209,000. All described tho property as extromoly,healthj shec-p country, freo from rabbits and noxious weeds, and capable of great improvement. A considerable proportion of flat country was fit for dairy farming. Mr Eobinson, who managed tho Cheviot Estato for 16 years, described Flnxbounio as better (if anything) than Cheviot.
