Mollcr, J.P's.) ■ . ■ Drunkenness.—Mary Troadeo and Margaret Cotterell wero each sentenced to a month's imprisonment for drunkenness, they being old offenders. Peter Sinclair, August Hoffman, and a first offonder were each fined ss, or 24 hours' imprisonment. Alleged Indecency.—Love Quinces, who had been arrested on warrant from Invercargill on a charge of indecency at Makarcwa, Southland; was remanded to Invercargill to appear there' on Thursday. Breach of the Peace.—Alfred William Noylon and Hugh Phimester were each fined 20s, or 18 hours' imprisonment, for baring used behaviour iri a public thoroughfare whereby a breach of the peace was ocnsioned.
