ALHAMBRA THEATRE.

II is almost safe to prophesy that long before the curtain rises to-night at the Alhambra Theatre standing room only will be at a ii'eluiiun. The new combination that opens to-night 'is one of the strongest Mr Dix has yet'placed before his patrons. The bright particular "star" will bo Mr Arthur Nekt-one, one of the most original comedians and cleverest dancers yet seen upon a local stage. He will be jissisted by Miss Elsie Forrest-, and will produce an entirely new sketch, on the same lines as made him so popular when here with the World's Entertainers. That sterling comedian Mr Frank M. Clarlc will make a welcome reappearance, unci, in conjunction with Mr Joe, Cowan, will introduce some new sketches and favoes. Miss Belle Bay, contralto singer, who made a big hit in the northern cities, will make her first appearance here. The Ranger sisters—Plorrie and Stellawill also renew acquaintance with their numerous admirers. Mr Millar Fraser will sing several new songs, and there will be ail entire changj; of pictures by the vitagraph. The performance will conclude with one of Mt Clark's screaming farces, jri which' the members of tlvj company will take part.
