LONDON, August G. (Received August G, at 10.G p.m.) In the House of Commons, Mr Arnold Foster stated that the Admiralty were following the lines of the report of the special committee which recently inquired into the question of naval boilers, and were trying four different- kinds of boilers. The trials' include none of the Belleville type. The warship Terrible, at Singapore, coaled iolO tons in live hours, thus establishing a record.
