1 NORFOLK ISLAND TRADE. I July 25. (Received July 25, at 10.48 p.m.) The Telegraph's Norfolk Island correspondent writes that complaints have been sent to the agents in Sydney and the Uovernment regarding the steamship service. Unless a very material alteration is made, it has been dtecided to get a small auxiliary boat to trade with Noumea and New Zealand, and transfer business generally to New Zealand.
