WELLINGTON, July 2*. Tile Agent-general has cabled ca_Ee of R. Bell and Co. versus the Comrmssioncr of Customs has been decided by the Privy Council in favour of the defendant with costs. The case arose out of the seizure ol goods by the Customs Department foan alleged breach of the Trade Marks Act" and in both tho Supreme Court and Court of Anneal judgment was given for thr plaintiffs.
