CHOLERA IN CHINA.
Press Association—By Telegraph-Copyright. HONGKONG, July 24. (Received July 24, at 10.52 p.m.) During the first fortright of July 81 Russians and 3G3 Chinese died from cholera at Ivharbin, Manchuria.
