He does not anticipate going upon the market for a considerable time. BRISBANE, July 24. (Received July 25, at 0.18 a.m.) It is probabje the Government, early nest month, will introduce a Loan Bill of £2,000,000, half to be issued in the present and half next vear, half to be placed in London and half in Australia LONDON, Julv 23 (Received July 24, at 9.6 : a'.m ) The projected British loan of £720,000 has been withdrawn, and the underwriters released from their obligation.
